Hi! I'm Gerda Maliseva

In the spring of 2023, I completed my studies at Riga Coaching School*, finishing the course "The Art & Science of Coaching" offered by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)

So far, I have accumulated over 150 coaching hours, helping clients work toward their personal and professional goals.

In addition to my work as a coach, I have been running my translation agency, Proxime, in Rezekne, Latvia, for over 12 years. As a professional translator with a master's degree in translation, I handle translations daily.

* Riga Coaching School (RKS) is the official representative of Erickson Coaching International (ECI) in Latvia.

Why did I choose to become a coach?

I truly believe that all the answers we are looking for can be found within ourselves, which is why I want to inspire you not to be afraid to seek those answers, to never get tired of hoping for the best, and to keep improving yourself!

Support from the right person at the right time can do wonders! I also believe that there are no coincidences. If you are looking for answers within yourself, it means you will find them soon.
